Booking/Cancellations

For any service, there will be a non-refundable $20 deposit required to secure your booking, which will be credited towards your total.

No-call no-shows will no longer be eligible to book with KO Beauty.

If for any reason MUA needs to cancel $20 deposit will be returned and $10 will come off the next service. ​
Shipping/Returns
Online orders: Please give 3-5 business days for delivery via USPS. If needing to cancel an order, please give 7-10 business days for a refund. Upon receipt of products, unless defective at no fault of customer's, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Traveling
Traveling is available with additional fee (Fee dependent on location)
Late Night/Last-Minute Appointments
These appointments are based upon availability and there will be an automatic charge of $100 no matter what service is selected.
Location
Location will be emailed or text 24 hours prior to service.
Weddings
Please contact before booking. Wedding party Consultation is mandatory fees are separate from the day of service. Additional MUA will be available, touch-up fees will be applied if needed
Courtesy
